How did you get my clinic's information?
We research publicly available information — name, address, phone, hours, and services — to build a helpful directory for pet owners. Claiming your listing lets you correct or update anything that's wrong.
Do I have to handle booking through FindVets?
No. If you already have online booking, we link straight to it. If not, appointment requests come to you by email — you keep using whatever system you already have.
What if someone else claims my clinic by mistake?
Claims are checked against your clinic's own website or contact email before your dashboard shows any real data, and anything that doesn't match automatically is reviewed by hand.
